Content Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026. Our service supports nonsexual retro images and portraits of consenting adults. You must be at least 18 to use generation. These rules apply to prompts, uploaded photos and AI outputs.

1. Pornography / NSFW. Do not request or upload pornography, nudity, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate imagery. Adult sexual content is prohibited as well as content involving minors.

2. Violence / gore. Do not generate graphic injuries, dismemberment, torture, gruesome bloodshed, extremist violence or material encouraging harm.

3. Hate. Do not generate hate speech, dehumanization, threats or extremist symbols targeting protected groups or glorifying hateful organizations.

4. Child safety / CSAM. Child sexual abuse material, sexualized minors, grooming and any exploitative or unsafe portrayal of children are forbidden. Do not create fictional or altered versions of such material. Reference portraits must depict adults.

5. Deepfakes / impersonation. Do not create celebrity or political-figure likenesses, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual face manipulation, fraud or material falsely implying someone’s endorsement. Use your own photo or a photo of a consenting adult with appropriate rights.

6. Copyright / trademarks. Do not request protected characters, brand logos or content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights. Claims of permission do not override automated filters. You are responsible for the rights to your uploaded photos and for checking lawful use of outputs.

Other unsafe uses. Self-harm encouragement, scams, harassment, illegal activity and attempts to evade content review are prohibited.

Platform review. We apply maintained prompt filters and automated text/image review before generation, and scan results before showing or downloading them. Uncertain or rejected results are withheld; a failed/blocked generation releases reserved credits. If review is unavailable, delivery waits rather than bypassing the checks. Automated filters can make mistakes.

Reports and appeals. Anyone can use the public Report & appeal form without signing in, or email support@80sphotoprompt.com. Provide a URL/job ID, reason and contact email; do not attach illegal images. The operator reviews relevant records and logs the outcome. You may appeal a mistaken restriction through the same channel.

Enforcement. We can hide violating images and suspend new generation for an account. After a successful appeal, the operator can reinstate generation. We retain restricted safety records for review and accountability. These controls do not automatically cancel your login or erase purchased credits.

Private images and examples. User generations are private account history; we do not offer a public user gallery. Public examples are editorial assets with disclosed model provenance. New public examples require content review before publication.
