Terms of use

Last updated: October 12, 2026. These terms apply to our website and retro AI photo studio. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the public Content Policy. Questions: support@80sphotoprompt.com.

Eligibility and accounts. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your sign-in secure and use your own account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Browsing templates and legal pages does not require sign-in; saving and generating images does.

Acceptable use. Our Content Policy prohibits pornography/NSFW, graphic violence/gore, hate, unsafe child content including CSAM, deepfakes or impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. Do not bypass safety checks, abuse the service, defraud others or evade payment or usage limits. Uploaded portrait photos must depict consenting adults and be yours or licensed for this use.

Your content. You retain your rights in prompts and uploaded photos. You grant us permission to process them to generate images, deliver private history, run safety review and operate the service. Do not upload content without the required copyright, privacy and likeness permissions.

AI outputs. Images are generated by AI and can contain mistakes, artifacts or similarities to other outputs. We do not guarantee uniqueness, legal clearance or suitability for a particular purpose. You must check outputs before publishing or commercial use. Model names and provider roles are disclosed on the About page; we do not claim official affiliation or endorsement.

Credits and prices. Standard generation costs 10 credits. Available credit packs and currency are shown on the pricing page before checkout. Packs are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Free/promotional credits have no cash value. A failed or blocked generation releases its reserved credits through the account ledger; if reconciliation is delayed, contact support with its job ID.

Payments and refunds. A purchase occurs only through an enabled checkout. Waffo Pancake handles payments as Merchant of Record when that checkout is available. Final taxes and payable totals are shown before payment. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer rights. Do not assume a disabled purchase button has charged you.

Safety and enforcement. We review prompts and reference photos before generation and review output before delivery. Unsafe or uncertain output is withheld. We may hide violating images and suspend an account’s generation ability. Reports and appeals are reviewed by the operator, who can reinstate generation. These controls do not automatically erase purchased credit balances.

Our content. Our branding, interface and template collection are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Template use does not grant rights to third-party brands, characters or likenesses. Do not resell the service or bypass its access controls.

Availability and liability. The service is provided as available. Technical outages may interrupt generation; we preserve billing reconciliation and applicable legal remedies. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of amounts paid to us in the preceding three months or USD 50. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights or liabilities that law does not allow us to exclude.

Contact, disputes and changes. Contact support@80sphotoprompt.com about account, billing or legal questions. Use the public report form for content reports and appeals. Revised terms are published with their effective date; your mandatory rights remain protected.
